After implementation, we remain closely involved through training and product support, advise on further development, and carry out these enhancements. In addition, we are always available for additional or unexpected support. If extra capacity is needed, whether on a one‑off or recurring basis, we provide support and can take over operational tasks as needed.

Support is provided by our Customer Success Teams, who are in direct contact with our customers. A major advantage is that the consultants who carried out the implementation are also part of these Customer Success Teams. This means that the knowledge gained during implementation is not lost but firmly embedded and shared across the organization.

Support agreements are tailored to the needs of users. That is why we offer four levels of support subscriptions, ranging from a basic Bronze package to fully customized support in the Platinum package.
With our Release Management, you are guaranteed access to the latest functionalities and security updates. We actively use input and ideas from our customers to guide these improvements.
Through our releases, twice a year for Engage 365 in particular, all users gain access to product enhancements and new features. When necessary, interim patches are rolled out to quickly resolve urgent issues.
Microsoft releases a new version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 twice a year: Wave 1 (April–October) and Wave 2 (November–March). We stay closely connected with Microsoft to be informed in a timely manner about the new functionalities and changes included in these Waves. This allows us to understand both the technical and functional updates and to optimally support our customers in implementing updates and adding new functionality.
