Make‑A‑Wish chooses Engage 365 Fundraising

The collaboration started with a thorough Fit‑Gap analysis, jointly exploring how technology can best align with the ambitions, processes, and future vision of Make‑A‑Wish. Based on this, we are building a future‑proof CRM foundation with Ifunds Engage 365 Fundraising, powered by Microsoft technology.

For the data foundation and the use of Microsoft Fabric, we are working together with our partner Intouch365. In addition to the CRM, this creates a scalable data platform that supports reporting, analytics, and future data and AI applications.

This collaboration goes beyond technology alone. It represents partnership, trust, and a shared mission: continuing to fulfill as many wishes as possible for children with a serious, sometimes life‑threatening illness.
