Deutsches Rotes Kreuz goes live with Ifunds Engage 365

Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (DRK) is now officially working with Ifunds Engage 365 Fundraising, fully implemented by the German Ifunds team.

From now on, all donations are centrally managed within Engage 365. The user‑friendly interface significantly increases efficiency and transparency for donor services and fundraising teams. With this modern industry solution in the Microsoft Cloud, DRK takes an important step forward in its digitalization strategy.

In addition, the CRM is seamlessly integrated with the new data warehouse, creating a single source of truth that reliably supports reporting, analysis, and archiving—without unnecessarily burdening the CRM system.
